NOTES:
1. If you enter an incorrect Access Code or if it has expired, the process will fail to find your customer-specific area and will display:
The page cannot be found The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its
name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.In this situation, please click the Back button to re-enter a correct Access Code.
2. If you are being supplied with a full software distribution then you should download the self-executable file (i.e. custname.exe) to a Windows system. Double-click that .exe file to start the Distribution Setup process. For details on how to use the Distribution Setup refer to the PDF document entitled Setup: Getting Started.
3. To download viewable files .pdf .txt .htm (rather than to open them within your browser), follow the file save options specific for your browser; for example in Internet Explorer, right click and select Save Target As... .
